Craven CC to Offer Free Sensory-Safe Certification Class to Support Personal Care Providers
NEW BERN — Craven Community College will offer “Safe Spaces, Brave Faces,” a free, one-time class designed to help barbers, cosmetologists, customer service professionals and other personal care providers better serve clients with sensory sensitivities. The class will be held Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, from 1 to 4:30 p.m. in Orringer Auditorium.
