Neuse Realty was founded in 1977 specializing in waterfront and amenity-oriented properties. The Company is located at the entrance to one of Eastern North Carolina's most established communities, Fairfield Harbour. The owner group consists of Brittany Blizzard, Pat Dumon, Margie Dunn, Joy Harsen, and Margret Rose.
As an independently owned business for 37 years, we stand on our reputation for reliable and sensitive service to those seeking to sell or purchase a residence, a recreational oriented second home, or an investment property. Our Property Management Department manages single family homes condominium/townhouse associations, and is headed by Brittany Blizzard. Neuse Realty Agent, Brittany Blizzard, was selected BEST AGENT in the 2017 New Bern Sun Journal Readers Choice Awards. The Neuse River Region Association of Realtors (NRRAR) 2018 and 2019 President is Neuse Realty's Margie Dunn. Margie just received the REALTOR of the Year for 2019 .
Margaret Rose serves as a Director of the NRRAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and President for the North Carolina Regional MLS, she also received REALTOR of the Year for 2017
