Her consulting firm focuses on nonprofit succession planning, facilitiation, strategic plans, servant leadership development , etc. offering a more excellent way. Her philosophy is one of servant leadership that she models and is manifested through living, instruction, volunteerism, community building, facilitation, and leadership and community engagement. She is a graduate of Liberty University, University of Mount Olive College, Coastal Carolina Community College, etc. She pastors at The Living Word Worship Center with her husband of 34 years in New Bern.
