Bike Box Project is a 501c3 dedicated to giving hope to people with Parkinson’s disease (PD), particularly those in our local community, by raising awareness and funds for research and resources, and providing programs to meet the needs of those with PD and their caregivers.
Those with PD have a community of family, friends, doctors, therapists, and other service providers, all of whom interact with Bike Box Project, its Support Group, and its programs like the reputable and research-based Rock Steady Boxing program.
Rock Steady Boxing is an internationally recognized, research-based program that helps to improve functional movements through increased strength, agility, balance, and flexibility with the effect of slowing and mitigating the progression of the disease, in a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
